I created this pastel painting as a surprise late Christmas gift for my sister’s beloved Smooth Fox Terrier, Pepper. I started a drawing with pastel pencils then quickly moved on to blocking in the main shapes with Unison and finished the final layers with Blue Earth and Terry Ludwig pastels.
